Fortismere offers high-quality instrumental lessons, taught by experienced professionals for both students of the school and the wider community.

Our teachers come from a range of backgrounds and training methods so we are able to offer a style of learning suited to every student. We offer the option of preparing for graded exams, or pursuing an individual route through musical education.

Weekday lessons are available in the following instruments, however other instruments may be available on request.

​

Piano, Drums, Electric Guitar, Classical Guitar, Bass Guitar, Oboe, Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Voice (non-classical and classical) Trumpet, French Horn, Violin, Cello, Double Bass and Music Theory. We provide heavily subsidised fees for those on income support or pupil premium, and students studying BTEC/GCSE/A Level in Music/Music Technology also receive a discount.
 
To apply for lessons in the Autumn Term, simply complete and submit the application form. Places are allocated to new students on a first-come, first-served basis so it is advised to submit the form as early as possible. Once you have submitted the application form, you will be sent confirmation of whether your child has a place, or is on the waiting list.

Saturday lessons are available in piano, guitar, bass, drums, cello and music theory.
